Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food, beverage and hospitality operations within our group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing food and beverage, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading a team of service staff. This role requires a strong background in restaurant environments, combined with excellent leadership and management skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the group, ensuring consistency and high standards of quality.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet organisational standards and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety and hygiene practices.
- Organise staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while maintaining efficient labour costs.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests by delivering excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Implement standard operating procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and service quality across all departments.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in restaurant or large-scale catering environments.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and inventory control tools.
- Previous barista experience is considered advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills combined with leadership qualities to motivate teams and optimise operational efficiency. Pay: £36,000.00 per year
