Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
