The Opportunity

- Wills and succession planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Estate and wealth preservation strategies
- Trust and estate taxation
- Lifetime planning and asset protection
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to junior team members, contribute to the ongoing development of the department, and help maintain the exceptional standards of client care for which the firm is known.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, estate administration and tax planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A client-focused and commercially aware approach
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting colleagues would be advantageous
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
