The Role
As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
- Design and develop seasonal menus that showcase the very best local produce.
- Build strong relationships with local farmers, growers, and suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Drive creativity and innovation while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
- Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Work closely with the management team to establish The Gregory Arms as a recognised dining destination.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef ready for the next step.
