Role: Regional Manager – Luxury Care Services
Location: East Yorkshire & Lincolnshire (with regular travel across the region)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and people-focused Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of luxury residential care homes across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across your portfolio, supporting Home Managers to achieve excellence in care quality, resident experience, team engagement, compliance, and commercial performance.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance occupancy levels, and ensure each home maintains the highest standards expected of a luxury care provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, inspirational leadership across your portfolio of luxury residential homes
- Support, coach, and develop Home Managers to achieve outstanding performance and sustainable success
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs
- Drive occupancy growth and maximise commercial performance across the region
- Maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations, governance frameworks, and quality standards
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including quality, staffing, financial performance, and resident satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, local stakeholders, and healthcare professionals
- Lead on service improvement initiatives and support homes through change and growth
- Foster a positive culture centred around wellbeing, hospitality, accountability, and excellence
About You
- Previous experience in a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or multi-site leadership role within residential or nursing care
- Proven track record of delivering positive regulatory outcomes and driving service improvements across multiple locations
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience improving occupancy, managing budgets, and enhancing profitability
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
- Experience supporting premium or luxury care environments would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire
- Relevant leadership and health and social care qualifications
