We are seeking an experienced Operating Partner to lead the day-to-day operations of our café in Bishop's Stortford / Cheltenham / Pinner, Harrow / St Albans / Welwyn Garden City.
This is not a traditional employee position. We are looking for an entrepreneur or experienced operator who is interested in growing the business with us.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the café's daily operations.
- Recruit, train, and lead the team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and operating costs.
- Drive sales and improve business performance.
- Maintain high operational and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience operating or managing a café, restaurant, or retail business.
- Strong leadership and business management skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
Partnership Options
We are open to different partnership structures depending on the candidate, including:
- Performance-based profit sharing or revenue sharing
- Independent contractor/operator arrangement
- Lease or management contract
- Equity investment or business partnership
The partnership terms will be discussed with qualified candidates based on their experience and level of involvement.
