RME Consultants are excited to be working with an established business seeking a Senior Business Coordinator to support with growing business demands.
Role: Senior Business Coordinator
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for Senior Business Coordinator:
- Provide high-level administrative and PA support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily activities.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinating meetings and prioritising schedules effectively.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are organised seamlessly.
- Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with wider support teams, providing cover and assistance when required.
- Coordinate meetings, events and hospitality arrangements, including venue sourcing, catering and supplier liaison.
- Prepare and format professional documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Produce high-quality board packs, executive reports and presentation materials tailored to a senior audience.
- Support confidential projects and business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Utilise digital tools and technology to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance administrative support.
- Take a proactive approach, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring tasks are completed with minimal supervision.
Experience required for Senior Business Coordinator
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or within a senior administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels.
- Strong experience preparing presentations, reports, board packs and executive-level documentation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Digitally confident, with experience using AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet and trusted when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities.
