Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group is looking for a Communal Cleaner to provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Homes FM Cleaning Team based at the business park in Welwyn Garden City AL7
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard throughout the Apartment Blocks. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to a monthly pay. With an immediate start

Key responsibilities will include:

General cleaning of the communal blocks, including bin areas

To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including window sills, within easy reach

Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas
Key requirements will include:

A UK Drivers Licence is essential

Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning tasks with the knowledge of colour coding cloths, manual handling, COSHH & Health & Safety

Use a variety of cleaning equipment.
