Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage, providing accurate assessments, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles to assess damage accurately.
- Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition, including photographs and written descriptions.
- Engage with customers professionally, explaining assessment findings clearly and confidently.
- Upsell additional services or repairs where appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and business revenue.
- Maintain organised records of assessments
Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle assessment is essential;
- Strong mechanical knowledge is desirable to accurately identify damages and repair needs.
