We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team while maintaining the highest standards on every job.
The Role
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support cleaning teams on-site
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Carry out professional commercial cleaning tasks
- Train and guide team members where required
- Complete paperwork and before/after photo reports
- Maintain health & safety standards
- Respond professionally to day-to-day challenges
- Travel between job locations across Sheffield and the North
Requirements
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
✔ Previous cleaning / janitorial experience preferred
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
✔ Reliable, punctual, and organised
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Able to work independently and within a team
✔ Flexible with working hours when required
