Mini Bees Childcare is seeking a passionate, experienced, and professional Nursery Practitioner to join our high-quality early years team in Mill Hill, Edgware.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a Key Person for a group of children, maintaining strong parent partnerships
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and learning records
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently upheld
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional environment
- Support daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, sleep routines, and outdoor learning
- Contribute positively towards Ofsted readiness and high operational standards
- Promote inclusive practice and positive behaviour management at all times
Essential Requirements

Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursery experience in the UK
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Highly Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience using Famly or similar nursery management systems
- Experience during Ofsted inspections
- SEN/EAL experience
- Leadership potential or Room Leader experience
