Giffords Recycling is a well established recycling company specialising in wood recycling. We are a market leader in producing refurbished pallets, childrens' play surfaces and animal bedding made from selected waste wood. Our state-of-the-art wood recycling facility in West Bromwich supports our mission to extend the life of timber and promote environmental conservation.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team at Giffords Recycling in West Bromwich. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about sustainability, we want to hear from you.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for liaising with existing customers, agents and transport to meet deadlines for orders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required.

Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am until 3pm
36.5 hour working week.
