Hub Operative
We are looking for a Hub Operative to join our team of highly driven representatives who manage a service desk and are the communication centre for the business, this is a hybrid role and there will be admin tasks to perform on a daily basis to support operations along with assisting the team with inbound/outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Raising credits
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Dealing with day-to-day operational issues
- Releasing internet orders
- Routing
- Transport complaints
- ETA’s / Failed Deliveries
- General admin
- Reports
Personal qualities for success in this role:
- Proven ability to learn new things. We expect the successful candidate to take the initiative, ask questions, look for continuous improvement and be accountable for their actions.
- Working collaboratively with others in the Operations team and with key stakeholders around the business. It is important for this candidate to be able to think of the bigger picture, not just the importance of one’s own agenda.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities. The candidate will need to be approachable and enthusiastic. This is a fast-paced role which will compliment an individual who thrives in that environment.

Hours and Location:
- This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8:30am-16.30pm This Includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break) located at our office on the outskirts of Sparkford
