Job Title: Night Shift Production Operative / Baker
Location: Stanley, DH9 9XW
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm – 7:30am (some flexibility available)
Hourly Rate: £12.70

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing fresh food business serving workplaces across the North East. Based at our Stanley bakery, we produce high-quality hot and cold food every night for our fleet of food trucks. Everything we do is about great food, done properly, by people who care about standards and teamwork.
The Role:
In this role, you will be part of our night production team, preparing food for the next day’s trading. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and baking pies, pasties and sausage rolls
- Cooking breakfast items including bacon, sausage, Cumberland sausage and hash browns
- Preparing freshly made soups
- Organising and maintaining the bakery area
- Picking and preparing orders for our food trucks
- Supporting the wider production team with sandwiches, subs and salads when required
- Carrying out quality checks
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards
Full training will be provided.

- Are punctual and dependable
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a good attendance record
- Ideally have experience in food preparation, cheffing or bakery work (but this is not essential as full training is given)
