Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational activities.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, napping, and playtime.
- Observe and monitor children's development, reporting any concerns.
- Engage with children through play and learning activities to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for children and families.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized nursery environment.
- Genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
- Pass in English and Maths GCSE, or you can study functional skills alongside the level 3.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
- No prior nursery experience required as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, caring, and patient attitude.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to childcare.
