Main Duties:

Carry out cleaning duties as instructed

Complete opening,during and closing checklists
-
Complete relevant daily paperwork

Carry out replenishment tasks i.e. refilling fridges,re-stocking,prepping
-
Help receive deliveries
-
Sign relevant training sheets
-
Cooking of food accompaniments
-
Pass work
-
Following instructions from senior staff
-
Communicating with front of house staff and other members
-
Pot washing
-
Emptying bins
-
Re-stock crockery items in the kitchen
-
Sanitising station
-
Mopping station
Responsibilities:
-
Carry out all duties as trained.

Follow all policies and procedures as trained.
-
Ensure all paperwork that you are responsible for is correctly completed.

Always adhere to all Health and Safety legislation.
-
Always adhere to all Food and Hygiene legislation.
-
Always adhere to all Food Allergy legislation
-
Always adhere to Emergency Evacuation and or Lockdown procedures.
-
To report any incidents and accidents to management straight away.
-
You must be always clean and tidy in your appearance.
-
Develop a good working relationship between your colleagues and management.
