Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Associate to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of meat orders within our cold store facilities. The ideal candidate will possess understanding of stock rotation & knowledge of meat cuts. Fit & healthy as involves lifting of boxes, must be able to work under pressure when busy, has to keep work space clean & tidy.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.30pm
Position:
- 3 month trial period
- Part Time (more hours will be required to cover holidays)
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with company standards. Training given)
- Greet & serve online Click & Collect customers orders
- Unload & load boxed meat pallets
- Check stocks & meat products
- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fulfilment area to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet order targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Printing labels for meat cuts for online & wholesale orders (basic computer knowledge required) will be shown how to use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience & knowledge with meat cuts required.
- Basic mathematical & computer skills for accurate order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
