Fixed Term Contract 3-6months
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and providing all admin and organisational support required by the finance team to ensure that the team delivers an excellent service for external and internal organisational deadlines and priorities
- Maintaining petty cash daily record and conducting the monthly check with accounts payable
- Reviewing staff expenses claim form to ensure the procedures are followed including the invoices are attached properly
- Loomis account management
- Performing daily accounting operations and ensuring proper documents fillings
- In charge of team organisation, meeting planning, responding to delegated email queries, dairy planning etc
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, preferable in accounting field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent rapport with the rest of the team.
- Detail-minded, independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and well-organised.
- IT literate and good computer skills, in particular MS office.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
