We are looking for a Care Worker to join our team based in Treorchy CF42 and provide compassionate care to our client at His home and other settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical, emotional, and social support to our client in His home and maybe other settings. This position requires a strong commitment to providing quality care and excellent customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members, also must be able to do night time sleep in on a rota basis ( regular or permanent night sleep possible) . The Care Worker must be able to maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates on client progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and physical support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, medication and eating.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Monitor client progress and document changes in behaviour or health.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time upon request
Pay: £12.71 per hour
