Customer Sales Adviser - Mark Bates Ltd
· Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and Telesales Manager
The role is within the Telesales call centre team which is focused on outbound call contact with existing Mark Bates Ltd customers to renew existing policies and maximise sale of new business across the MBL product lines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to existing Mark Bates Ltd customers to renew existing policies and secure new sales across all Mark Bates Ltd product lines.
- Answer high volumes of inbound calls, providing professional and efficient customer support
- Ensure a thorough knowledge and continual awareness of all Mark Bates Ltd products in order to secure cross selling opportunities.
- Maximise opportunities for renewal and sale of new products by applying immaculate customer service, attention to detail and ensure that all products are thoroughly and well described.
- Meet sales and performance targets and KPIs
- Have awareness of compliance and refer matters to Underwriting where necessary, ensuring to refer any concerns to the Team Leader before action
- Ensure the performance of your work maintains the policies and principles of the Financial Conduct Authority
- Ensure internal administration system is correctly loaded and updated to accurately reflect the customer’s policy offering and the detail of any renewal or sale of products.
- Ensure sales data and leads remain confidential in line with the Company’s data protection policy
- To gather marketing authority from existing customers and new customers so we can promote and develop new schemes.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
