Job Title: Territory Partner
Reporting to: Territory Manager
Locations: Hybrid - Birmingham (2 days per week in the Cannock Office)
Salary: Up to £28,000 pa + up to £6,000 pa bonus
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Working Pattern: Core working hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm

Who are you?
At Newcross Healthcare, our Territory Partners are at the heart of delivering exceptional service to both clients and healthcare professionals.
This is a fast-paced, operational role where you'll coordinate bookings, optimise workforce availability, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive the staffing support they need.
Working closely with clients, healthcare staff, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving service quality, workforce engagement, and territory performance.
What will you do?
Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day support.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Understand client requirements and ensure workforce solutions meet demand.
- Capture feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support client retention.
- Escalate supply challenges and growth opportunities to the Territory Manager.
Workforce Engagement
- Support healthcare professionals throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Assist with system access, app usage, compliance, and training requirements.
- Maintain regular communication to increase workforce availability and engagement.
- Proactively support utilisation, helping maximise shift uptake and workforce activity.
Bookings & Scheduling
- Coordinate shift bookings to meet client requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Match workforce availability to client demand, ensuring high fill rates and service continuity.
- Resolve scheduling issues and last-minute changes quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate booking and scheduling records in line with company processes.
Territory Performance
- Use systems and data to monitor activity, prioritise workload, and support decision-making.
- Contribute to key performance measures including fill rates, workforce utilisation, and client satisfaction.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the territory.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, bookings, and operations teams to deliver excellent outcomes.

You'll bring:
- Experience in a coordination, operations, customer service, or workforce planning role (healthcare or staffing experience is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
