The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Hair Manager to lead our 4-chair section. This is a hands-on role combining a full client column with team leadership and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services while managing your client column
- Oversee daily operations, bookings, chair flow, and overall service standards
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members
- Ensure excellent client experience, handle feedback, and maintain a clean, professional environment
- Support stock control, product use, and retail recommendations
Skills & Experience
- Strong cutting, styling, and advanced colouring (balayage, highlights)
- Experience with extensions, bridal/occasion hair, and treatments (keratin, Brazilian, perms)
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) with 3–5 years’ salon experience
- Confident, professional, with strong communication and leadership skills
