Mando Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Wheel Loading Shovel Operators for ongoing work in the Burton upon Trent area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a national aggregates supplier and a leading construction/civil engineering contractor.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Optional weekend work available
- Typical shifts of 10–12 hours per day
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) card – essential
- Proven experience operating a Wheel Loading Shovel
- Full PPE required
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Wheel Loading Shovel safely and efficiently
- Load and move materials around site as required
- Support site operations and work effectively as part of a team
- Complete daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
