We are an electrical and mechanical engineering company, operating from our Middlesbrough base, across the UK. We predominantly work within the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, with project works within industrial environments. We take pride in providing quality solutions to our clients.
We are seeking motivated, experienced industrial electricians to join our team on a full time basis.
Location
- Middlesbrough based. Work throughout the UK.
- Accommodation and food allowance on out of town work.
Contract Type
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours basic
- Midweek OT & First 6 hours Saturday - Time and Half
- Saturday after first 6 hours & all day Sunday - Double Time
- Travel time paid
Pay
- Negotiable for correct candidate
- Above JIB rates
Responsibilities
- Completing Industrial electrical work to a high standard.
- Installation of various types industrial cable containment.
- Installation and inspection of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 wiring regulations and company quality standards.
- Ensuring a safe, clean and tidy work area at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in an industrial environment (Food and Beverage experience is beneficial)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Experience with control system wiring advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards
- Willingness to work away when required.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 / AM2 / 18th Edition
- Testing and Inspection advantageous
- Safety Passport - Beneficial, however training will be provided
- iPAF - Beneficial, however training will be provided
- Full UK Driving License
