As a HCA you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to care plans.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping are essential.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Pay: £12.21-£13.20 per hour
