The Role:
- Position: Graduate Academic Coach/ Teaching Assistant
- College/ Further Education
- Location: Runcorn WA7
- Start Date: September 2026
- Interview Period: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
- Pay: £500–£530 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 and/or in small groups with students
- Support SEN where needed, behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement
- Assisting in the delivery of tailored interventions and differentiated learning activities
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour in a calm, consistent manner
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students to support their development
- Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
We’re Looking For Graduates Who:
- Hold (or are predicted) a 2:2 degree or above
- Are patient, resilient, and empathetic
- Can build positive relationships and remain calm under pressure
- Are confident, proactive, and adaptable
- Are committed for the full academic year (September 2026 – July 2027)
- Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
What You’ll Gain:

- Experience working with pupils preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels
