Job description
We are seeking to appoint an LGV driver who holds a Class 2 (Category C) licence to carry out local and long distance household furniture removals as part of our team based in Newquay.
* From £15.00 an hour, Monday to Friday
* Occasional Saturdays at an increased hourly rate
* Guaranteed 40 hours a week
* Night away allowance paid, with accommodation overnight in the vehicle
* 5.6 weeks paid annual holiday pro-rata (inclusive of public holidays)
* On the job training with on-going career development and coaching
The successful applicant must be:
* Reliable
* Physically able to lift and move furniture
* Smart in appearance
* Able to work as part of a team
* Have good communication skills
In addition must also possess a driver's digital tachograph card, CPC card and have a good geographical knowledge
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
