Compliance Officer
Due to the companies continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in insolvency, or build on your existing industry experience.
Industry experience isn’t necessary, but is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete call assessments of various stages of the customer journey
· Provide constructive feedback to advisors about their calls & cases, identifying areas of improvement and providing practical solutions
· Reporting back to senior management regarding any compliance/performance related issues
· Identify trends and training requirements and work with senior management to implement this
· Keeping up to date with industry developments
About you:
· An excellent communicator with great attention to detail
· Experience and understanding of IVA’s (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) is desirable but not essential.
· Experience of quality assurance either through call monitoring or process monitoring
· Able to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks
· Flexible and adaptable
