Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a qualified Room leader (level 3 and above).

You will have:
- Enthusiasm and dedication as a nursery practitioner
- Experience of a large nursery
- Relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 and above
- Genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children
- Positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)
- Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude
- A love for customer service (you want to make people happy)
- High energy brought to every task you take on, and a solutions driven approach to problems
On a daily basis you will:
- Work as part of the team delivering care to our young charges
- Work alongside the room leader to deliver our learning plans on the theme of the week
- Ensure the Famly app is updated so parents remain informed on their child's day
- Ensure observations are completed
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
- Executing the daily nursery routine
- Work within nursery opening hours (7:30am-6pm)
Successful members of the Bijou team receive;
