Location: Full time, office based at The Glasshouse, Alderley Park, Macclesfield
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Role Overview
Gray Healthcare is seeking an experienced and high-energy Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growth and positioning of the organisation.
This role is focused on driving immediate impact. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, bring fresh thinking, generate new ideas continuously, and deliver visible growth from day one.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, dynamic and creative individual to take ownership of marketing, inject pace and innovation, and play a key role in growing the business.
Experience in start-ups or early-stage/high-growth environments is essential. Health and social care experience is not required – we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the next phase of growth, delivering marketing activity that drives immediate visibility and engagement
- Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy focused on rapid growth and measurable outcomes
- Bring continuous new ideas, campaigns and creative approaches to increase reach and market presence
- Manage and optimise large marketing budgets, ensuring strong commercial return and performance
- Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, campaigns and analytics to drive traffic and conversion
- Lead PR, brand development, events, campaigns and external engagement
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing supports business growth and commercial priorities
- Use data and insight to drive decisions, improve performance and maximise ROI
- Continuously test new approaches, challenge existing thinking and drive innovation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working within start-up, scale-up or high-growth environments
- Experience building or developing marketing functions from scratch or rapidly scaling activity
- Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Evidence of delivering quick wins and immediate growth impact
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results, performance and delivery
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas consistently
- High energy, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
