What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Engagement – Understanding what clients need and helping them find it
- Candidate Attraction – Writing compelling job ads and getting creative with how you find talent
- Interviews & Matchmaking – Talking to candidates and figuring out who fits where
- Market Advice – Acting as a consultant to clients and candidates on salaries, job specs, and hiring trends
- Business Development – Building your own network of clients and roles to fill
