A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Part Time Showroom Receptionist / Host based in Exeter at our Porsche Centre .
The role will require you to meet and greet the customers and ensure they are directed to the correct department within the centre as well as answer the phones.
The role You will be the first point of contact as customers enter the centre
· Meet and greet all customers ensuring that they are welcomed in a professional manner, offering hot & cold beverages and directed to the relevant person
· You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and for transferring them to the relevant person
· Responsible for ensuring that the front of house reception area is clean and tidy
Who we are looking for:
· An enthusiastic and confident individual
· Excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills
· Presentable and well groomed
· This role would suit an Administrator, Receptionist or Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge
· Previous Hosting experience within the motor industry is preferred but not essential
Hours: 24 hour per week on a rota basis covering Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
