We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our friendly team at Allandale House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our service users.
Our service users live with a variety of mental health conditions, and we are committed to delivering a supportive, respectful, and compassionate environment at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Support service users with daily living activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care
- Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Skills & Experience
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
- Previous care experience is desirable
- A caring, positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
