An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valet Supervisor to join the busy team at our Lloyd BMW/MINI retailer in Cockermouth.
Salary: £13.75 plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:30 - 13:00
Role responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the valeting team to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standard.
- Carry out valeting duties, including interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.
- Organise daily workloads and ensure vehicle preparation targets are met.
- Conduct quality checks on completed vehicles before handover.
- Maintain valeting equipment, chemicals, and stock levels.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed within the valeting area.
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to prioritise vehicle preparation requirements.
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.
An ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience of supervising a small team
- Previous experience of valeting vehicles and using polishing machine
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work to deadlines and ability to use own initiative
- Punctual, reliable and flexible on attended hours at work
- Full clean UK driving licence
