Salary: £15.80 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Barista Supervisor to join our catering team at NBCUniversal, St Giles, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista with strong coffee-making skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.
As Barista Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring consistently high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operation of the coffee service while maintaining excellent quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and speciality beverages

Demonstrate advanced barista skills, including latte art

Supervise daily coffee bar operations and support team members

Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained

Support stock control, ordering, and waste management processes

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment

Assist with training and coaching team members where required
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience in a barista or coffee-focused supervisory role
-
Barista training is essential

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art

Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a busy corporate hospitality environment

Strong organisational and team leadership skills
-
Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification is desirable
