We are looking to add to our current maintainence team.
Elmsfield House Ltd is a nursing and residential home which supports upto a maximum of 25 residents, based in Holme, near Milnthorpe. We are based 10 minutes drive from Kendal and carnforth, 5 minutes from Junction 36 of the M6.

At Elmsfield House Limited we are currently recruiting a Maintenance person to join our fantastic team. Elmsfield House invest heavily into the services we provide, to ensure that our residents have a pleasant and comfortable home. To achieve this, we invest in our people.
Dependent on skills and experience: competetive salary.
To follow routine maintenance needs within the home; repairs to fixtures and fittings, plumping repairs, general maintenance. Maintain accurate records of all work activity. Record health and safety checks. Be kind and compassionate in your approach to residents and team members - knowledge of how to troubleshoot and repair equipment. We are keen to speak to applicants who are from any background, we just ask that you're willing to learn and engage and in return for this we will offer support or training you may need.
We are open to considering a flexible role, this can be discussed at interview.
