Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Person to join our team. This role involves undertaking a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various trades. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multiple skills, including carpentry, basic plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering and painting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set to utilise their expertise in a dynamic environment. Duties
- Carry out full refurbishment and repair works on void residential properties to bring them up to a lettable standard.
- Carpentry (doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens)
- Basic plumbing (taps, toilets, sinks, pipework, waste pipes)
- Tiling repairs and replacement
- Plaster patching and minor plastering works
- Painting and decorating to a high standard
- Basic flooring repairs and installation (vinyl, laminate and carpet preparation)
- Minor brickwork and external repairs where required.
- Install and repair kitchens, worktops, cupboards and internal fixtures.
- Repair or replace doors, windows, locks and ironmongery.
- Carry out general maintenance, making good and finishing works.
