Permanent People are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected search firm in London that has built an outstanding reputation within the legal, compliance and regulatory recruitment space. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire experienced recruiters with a strong track record in one or more of the following areas:
- In-House Legal Recruitment
- Compliance Recruitment
- US Legal Recruitment
- Private Practice Legal Recruitment

You’ll be joining an established team with strong client relationships, an excellent reputation in the market and access to high-quality mandates from day one.
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within legal and/or compliance markets
- Strong billing track record
- Experience building and managing client relationships
- Consultative approach with strong market knowledge
- Professional, credible and commercially minded
- Someone who enjoys specialist recruitment rather than high-volume transactional recruitment
