Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media activities, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engaging with followers promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas to increase audience engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and optimise future posts accordingly.
- Maintain a positive online presence by managing public relations aspects of social media interactions.
- Assist in creating visual assets or coordinate with designers/photographers as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation is desirable but not essential; a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity is valued.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and best practices for engaging audiences online.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and tone suitable for different audiences.
