We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established engineering team on a large industrial manufacturing site in Slough. You'll be joining a team of eight engineers carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy industrial facility where health & safety is the number one priority.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical repairs
- Lighting maintenance and small electrical installations
- Basic plumbing and general fabric repairs
- Maintenance of AHUs and building services equipment
- Managing permits to work and escorting contractors
- Supporting planned shutdowns during Bank Holidays
- Ensuring all work is completed to strict health & safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical fault finding and maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills
- Good understanding of permit-to-work systems
- Comfortable working across a large site
- LVAP is desirable
- Hospital or critical environment experience would be an advantage
