Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative (part-time) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures in accordance with company standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements to complete cleaning tasks within allocated timeframes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including early mornings or late afternoons as required.
