About the Role:
We are looking for a trustworthy and motivated individual to manage our mobile phone shop. You will be the face of the business, responsible for daily operations, sales, and customer repairs. This is an ideal role for someone who can work independently and take pride in growing a local business.Key Responsibilities:
- Shop Management: Opening/closing the shop, managing the till, and keeping the store tidy.
- Sales: Selling mobile phones, accessories to meet daily targets.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing repair quotes, and handling technical enquiries.
- Stock Control: Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new parts/accessories.
- Repairs: Performing basic repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports) on iPhone and Android devices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail or technology sales.
- Reliability and the ability to work alone without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Technical repair skills are a huge plus (but training can be provided for the right person).
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
