We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our fabulous team here at The Temple Doncaster. As a member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
- Focus on upselling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as required.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in serving food and beverages in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
