We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at a complex care home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and aftercare procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other team members to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks in a busy clinical setting
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
- Extensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare standards
- Skilled in developing personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in Nursing recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body

Pay: £32,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
