Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and convert their enquiries into room bookings
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet KPI's regarding bookings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the Student Accommodation and Lettings market.
- Carry out and Maintain health and safety standards
-Assist the City Manager with property management
Requirements:
- Previous Lettings experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Full UK driving licence

The successful candidate will be working as a Property Assistant, working closely with the City Manager, where you will be responsible for converting leads into room bookings, handling any enquiries, chasing arrears and working closely with the team to achieve 100% occupancy levels. Additionally, you will be aiding the maintenance team to ensure the building fulfils the necessary compliance obligations.
The successful candidate will need a full driving licence as there could be some requirement to work from the various sites.
