Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Park Warden couple to join our team at our holiday parks. Based in Fort Augustus; Lochness Highland Resort, Retreat and Lodges, this role is vital in maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine environment. Accomodation is available for this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Warden
- Ensure the park grounds are kept to the highest quality and standard for our guests
- Delivering a 'breath of fresh air' experience for our guests through the upkeep of beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest advocacy and customer satisfaction
- To assist the maintenance team with general duties as and when required
- Undertake lawn maintenance throughout the park, including, but not limited to mowing, watering, fertilising, and spraying as required
- Ensuring all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
- Maintaining a presence on the park
- Responding out of hours to guest queries to ensure the effective & efficient operation of the business
- Working under guidance and instruction from the park manager to ensure the effective & efficient operation of the business
- A willingness to attend to any tasks and be prepared to work flexible hours
Housekeeper/Front of House
- Work independently to consistently clean and prepare guest accommodation and public areas in line with the company standards, including making the bed, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning and preparation and replenishing stock
- Report any damage, deterioration or items that require technical maintenance to your line manager as early as possible
- Ensure all accommodation rooms are ready at the expected times
- Assisting in the bar/restaurant when required:
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and an excellent public image is maintained.
- Liaising with other team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with any requests such as restaurant bookings in a friendly and helpful way.
Qualifications
- Warden: Experience with General Maintenance tasks, DIY, a good understanding of outdoor equipment and power tools. A Full UK Driving license.
- Housekeeping/FOH: Strong attention to detail, good customer service skills, a hands-on approach. A Full UK Driving license.
- Experience with working on Holiday Parks before would be preferable
