The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure that enquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will support customers throughout the order process while working closely with production, purchasing, and accounts teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quotations
- Processing customer orders
- Processing invoices for goods dispatched
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records
- Helping ensure customer expectations are met at every stage of the process.
- Provide administrative cover for other office roles during periods of annual leave or absences
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy regarding business transactions.
Key Skills
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working Routine:
- Monday to Friday (with early finish on a Friday)
- Optional overtime available and paid at a premium rate.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
