The Bottle & Glass is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our busy country pub in Harby.
We are passionate about great food, fresh ingredients, and delivering exceptional service in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

· Experience working in a fresh food kitchen

· Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate desirable
The Role Includes:
· Running your own section during service
· Preparing fresh food to a high standard
· Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team
· Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
· Assisting with prep and service across the kitchen

Full-time position - minimum 45 hours per week.
