What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll learn to run your own desk and become an expert in your market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Winning new business through outreach and networking
- Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Working towards clear, achievable targets
- Developing deep market knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor
