The Role
We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our Health & Safety team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will support the preparation of client reports and compliance documents for agricultural and commercial businesses.
This is an office-based role at our Herefordshire office. The position is full-time (38 hours per week), although we will also consider applications from candidates seeking part-time or school hours for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing client information to prepare reports and compliance documentation
- Reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with the preparation of client reports and supporting records
- Liaising with colleagues to obtain and verify information
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to the Health & Safety team
Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and professional approach to work
